Maruti Suzuki is an automobile manufacturer in India and is a well-known subsidiary of Japanese automobile and motorcycle manufacturer, Suzuki. After the Maruti 800, the Omni is the second vehicle to be launched by the car maker and it has been adorned by many. The company introduced Maurti Suzuki Omni first in the year 1985. The car has been launched in two variants - a cargo version and a family version. It works with a front mid engine and rear wheel drive. One of the key highlights of this micro-van is its enhanced cabin space, which provides maximum traction. The all-new variants of Maruti Omni are empowered by the 796 cc capacity engine of Maruti 800. The vehicles use its 0.8-litre, 3-cylinder, 12valve multipoint fuel injection engine with a displacement of 796 cc. The power mill is capable to produce the maximum power output of 32.8 bhp achieved at 5000 rpm and the maximum torque of 57 Nm at 2500 rpm. Most of the Maruti cars are suitable for city drives.
